Man arrested

Thrissur: The Railway Protection Force on Thursday said it arrested K. S.Vijayan, 48, on charges of touting railway tickets under section 143of the Indian Railway Act.He was nabbed from the Thrissur railway station on Wednesday around 6-30 p.m. The RPF seized three tickets from him.— Staff Reporter
